The annual meeting will take place at the Delta Brunswick Saint John, October 18 (18:30 hrs) to Oct. 21, 2010.

Resolution deadline has past.
Emergency resolutions will be accepted at the annual meeting until 17:00 hrs, Tuesday, October 19, 2010.

ELECTIONS - PROVINCIAL PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY-TREASURER
Nominations for members running for the positions of provincial president and secretary-treasurer must be received by August 6, 2010.
ELECTIONS - PROVINCIAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS
- Finance Committee - three (3) members to be elected;
- Annual Meeting Operations Committee - three (3) non-executive members to be elected.
August 6, 2010 is the deadline to receive nominations for committee members. Further nominations may be presented from the floor at the annual meeting.
