Nursing Home Nurses Pension Plan

Nursing home nurses have a separate pension plan. The Pension Committee reviews the investments and investment manager performance and also determines benefits for the plan. The committee includes members of the New Brunswick Nurses Union, CUPE, and the Nursing Home Association of New Brunswick. The New Brunswick Nurses Union members on this committee are: Carol Clavette (unit representative); Ronda McCready (nurses representative); and the executive director, who attends these meetings in an advisory capacity.
