The annual meeting will take place at the Delta Fredericton, Fredericton, October 25 (09:00 hrs) to Oct. 27, 2011.

RESOLUTIONS
Constitutional Changes and Resolutions deadline is June 24, 2011.
Emergency resolutions will be accepted at the annual meeting until 17:00 hrs, Tuesday, October 25, 2011.
ELECTIONS - PROVINCIAL VICE-PRESIDENT AND SECOND VICE-PRESIDENT
Nominations for members running for the positions of provincial vice-president and second vice-president must be received by August 5, 2011.

The deadline for receiving nominations for the Glenna Rowsell Award at provincial office is September 9, 2011.
